In this program, you follow Resistance
Chair instructor Sandy Knight and her
class on a fun half-hour routine that
includes stretching, resistance training,
and chair aerobics.

Strong Body" DVD
The Strong Heart, Strong Body DVD program
presents instructor Sandy Knight and her
class as they guide you through a lively
Resistance Chair workout. This is a slightly
more vigorous routine than the "Living
Strong" video, and features more cardio
exercises.

"Better Balance &
Stretching" DVD
This program gives you a slow-paced,
stress-reducing workout that improves
core strength and balance. Better Balance
& Stretching features instructor Sandy
Knight and her class as they perform exercises
designed to increase the range of motion
in your joints and develop increased body
awareness through stretching and breathing
exercises.

"Leisurely Living" DVD
Leisurely Living is a slow-paced, complete
body conditioning program that includes
stretching, low-impact resistance training,
and posture awareness exercises. Host
Sandy Knight guides you through a comfortably-paced
routine that will help you increase your
range of motion, in addition to developing
strength, endurance, and balance.

"Power Ride" DVD
The Power Ride DVD focuses on cardiovascular
exercises using the Mini-Bike attachment
for the Resistance Chair system. Hosted
by Sandy Knight, this video includes continuous,
low impact activity using the large muscle
groups and is designed to help you develop
increased metabolism and cardiovascular
endurance. A moderate-level, half-hour
routine that blends some upper body strength
exercises with endurance exercises, and
increases the stamina you need for the
activities of daily living.
